This is my first doll and I didn't think the doll would look identical to the picture. So I was pleasantly surprised when I finally put her together on how beautiful she looked. It took 2 business days to get the package. She was well packaged. Came with everything mentioned on the webpage. The customer service was excellent. Customer support sent me factory pictures when I asked for them and answered all my questions. I'm happy I got this doll because at 70 pounds plus she is not easy to pick up and handle. I was going to order another doll that weighed 90 pounds and that would have been too much for me. This is a greater starter doll because not only does she look great but I am going to get stronger just from moving her around. As soon as I got my delivery I gently removed her from the box then immediately cleaned her with spray water bottles. One with anti-bacterial soap and water and the other plain water to rinse her TPE skin. Then I gently dried her off with a lint free towel. Then I let her dry for a few hours. The negatives so far are the hands. They are basically wires so you have to be VERY careful when you move her. I usually have socks on her and when I don't I make sure she never stands on the carpet or floor without standing on a clean towel, otherwise the bottom of her feet will get dirty quickly. Yes, the doll is heavy but the weight is a good thing. It makes her feel more real when you cuddling and when you're going to pound town. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and when I am stronger and have more money I plan on buying a higher end doll. I wish they had an option so I could share some pictures of her, I think others who are thinking about buying would like that. I give Super Love Doll five stars!!!!
