I have enjoyed my baggallini Big Zipper bagg but needed a larger version to carry materials for meetings that I often attend. The Travel Hobo turned out to be a little too big, but the greater problem was that the fabric of the Hobo didn't seem as nice as the fabric of my purse and it lacked some of the creatively-designed compartments. I really need a larger version of the Big Zipper bagg with all its wonderful compartments. I returned the Hobo Travel bag. That aside, the customer service is excellent.

It was a little larger than I'd expected. I needed more of a wallet. Card slots were tight. I also expected the wrist strap would detach, which it doesn't. I returned it. Shipping was very fast.

Handbag was not what I expected but Baggallini made return very pain free.
