I met with Carley before a big festival I was about to perform in for a month. We worked on Self Concept and manifestations and she made me a hypnosis recording. I listened to it almost every night and write town my manifestations almost every day. This session is such a gift - it’s short and to the point, so really easy to absorb and listen to on repeat so it really sinks it.
