I keep receiving advertisements from this company from their #1-864-331-5952 even after I’ve replied with “STOP” numerous times to their text messages. Their text messages even include: (reply STOP to opt out)! Either their messaging system is not working properly or this company just doesn’t care about customer service! I guess the only choice is to block their number and avoid shopping with this company again! Such a simple fix that they can’t even honor. Disappointed...

I ordered the Tan Mercer Duffel bag where I got a free matching backpack. Was delivered very quickly and securely wrapped and packaged. I was very impressed with the color and the feel of the microsuede felt very luxurious! The hardware (zippers and handles) were very solid and sturdy. The look of the duffel and backpack together will definitely be a head turner when I debut it for my travels to Spain! I WILL DEFINITELY be purchasing from this company again.....delivery was very quick. I love the mission and the story of this company, so I'm glad I can help do my part! I could give more stars I certainly would!! Ran into a minor issue in the beginning but customer service handled my situation with so much care, concern and quickness. The bags are out right gorgeous!! Love the feel of them!! Can’t get enough of the design. Made with much detail. Definitely will be completing my set

Thank you to The Packs Team for hooking me up with zipper pulls for my duffel. Great customer service!!!

I love using my Packs Project backpack so much I managed to loosen the zipper pulls and I guess the loosened pull fell off in transport. When I reached out to PP, they were quick and helpful to replace the missing pulls! Living in the tropics, it’s often hard to maintain leather clothing and products because of the amount moisture BUT my PP backpack has held up for my work trips, fitting my laptop and documents without much (if any) wear to the interior liner or cushioning as well as the exterior. Couldn’t be happier with my Packs Project backpack! Thanks again, you guys rock!

Packs was able to send these to me after one of my zippers on my bag broke off. They actually sent me 2 in case it happened again. Great customer service!
