Lack of communication. Paid for a ring over five weeks ago and advised will take a week to be resized. No contact from the company to inform me of any delay however I've needed to chase for an update. There hasn't been any response from the 18th July. Poor service and lack of communication. I've requested a refund and still heard nothing.
