Was kind of nervous about trying this but I’m glad I did. It was tough, but worth it. I was feeling bloated and uncomfortable and this detox completely changed that. Felt a lot better just a few days into it. The weight you lose is just a bonus to how good you feel when your done. Will definitely be detoxing with this in the future again.

I was not looking forward to the cleanse based on negative experiences with cleanses in the past but let me just tell you I was amazed. First of all the taste is actually good. I thought I was going to be tortured by some horrible tasting juice for a week and when I took my first sip I was pleasantly surprised. As I continued it’s amazing how “light” I felt, even without working out. Lastly, I didn’t feel sick. Other cleanses I have tried have made me miserable and almost to the point where I felt like I couldn’t move and had severe body aches. I was told it was because my Body was ridding itself of all the toxins. I didn’t believe that and never finished other cleanses for how bad they made me feel. But I got through this with no issues and Jess was there every step of the way to keep me encouraged and motivated. I am looking forward to another cleanse I plan on doing soon with her. Very happy with my results and all around experience!

Body Fuel Detox 10/10!
Gave this detox a shot Feb 2021 hoping to jumpstart my weight loss journey. Rating this detox a 10/10 would be an understatement. This is more than a detox, this is truly a game changer. This is far beyond a physical detox, the strength you gain in a week mentally is incredible. I’ve never been a morning person and I found myself for the first time sleeping through the night.. Waking up at 5:30am without an alarm, READY to conquer the day. Energized, refreshed, I just simply felt GREAT. I dropped 16.4lbs in 7 days! The dark circles under my eyes disappeared and everything! Here I am 7 months later just ordered my second detox kit and I am SO EXCITED! I can’t wait for round 2! Plus, Jess is absolutely phenomenal. She’s there for you every step of the way!
