I’ve been using the zero temp recovery pod for a year now, and after football, surfing and gym I’ve noticed a massive difference with how I feel afterwards. Less achy and quicker recovery! I’ve always been a wimp getting in cold water, every year I go in the sea and I inch in bit by bit, usually screaming! At the start of this year I discovered wim hof breathing, and decided to read his book. The benefits of cold water intrigued me as I was training for a marathon and wanted to recover quickly in between runs. So I started having cold showers after warm for 20 or so seconds to start with, my husband buys a zero temp pod.. the first time I got in it took my breath away, really hard to stay in but I managed a minute, and it felt easier than cold showers. That was a couple of months ago now and I’ve been in every day since, for 3 plus minutes no problem. I must say it’s pretty addictive, and amazing that the water no longer feels cold but just feels like water, and instantly relaxes me. It’s especially good to do straight after 3 rounds of wim hof breathing. I love the ice bath, I can honestly say it has changed my life and the perfect way to wake up in the morning.

Thought I'd give it a week before doing a review. After 7 days of dipping in the morning before work I can honestly say its becoming addictive. I'll be honest, the thought of getting in the cold water first thing after getting out of a warm bed isn't so appealing, but the buzz you get afterwards is incredible! And that buzz lasts for a good few hours. It feels like I have more energy throughout the day, my thinkings much clearer and more positive. I think this, coupled with the breathing technique is turning into a new morning routine. Thanks to the guys at Zerotemp for the help and advice on getting set up. We ordered a zerotemp ice bath as our eldest son had been doing cold water therapy at the gym we attend and he was feeling the benefits from it, it does wonders for his mental health. We wanted to have an ice bath at home so that he could use it first thing in the morning, especially right now whilst going through ALevels. He has been using it most days at home and I can personally see a difference in him when he has used it. It seems to be so good for him. Today he used it and went into his exam focus and alert! My husband has used it a few times too and I definitely noticed a Difference in him. I haven’t braved it yet but I definitely will after seeing the positive results in my family. The service we have received has been excellent. Easy to assemble. High quality material. Purchased to help with back muscle issues. Doing me wonders. Also sleep like a baby if you have a dip before bed. I'm also 6"5 and can easily submerge myself. Brilliant product.

I’ve been looking at buying a pod for a while. There are loads of options BUT if you want guaranteed, quick delivery and incredible customer service before and after your purchase don’t look anywhere else. I’m now on day 3 of using my pod and only wish I’d found Zero Temp sooner.

After a really bad injury I’ve got myself one of these pods for recovery I haven’t started yet as I’ve had open wounds but so exited to get into it !!!!
