I installed the ST350 on my 1985 Marine Trader Europa 40. I am very pleased with it's performance. It actually performs better than my bow thruster. I think the 24v part is stronger. I did all of the installation myself. I was very impressed with the way they packaged the whole system for shipping.'

The Sideshift Bow thruster makes getting in and out of tight spots a breeze and docking in breezy conditions with ease! We used it extensively while transiting the locks of the Rideau Canal. It made life very easy. I highly recommend it as an aftermarket add on.

Works fantastic. As you would imagine coming into a slip with two feet on one side and one foot on the other with a 58 ft houseboat in a crosswind can be a bit challenging! I used to sweat a lot bringing it in but not anymore. I know even in wind I can do it with little problems. What a huge difference these make! Should be standard on every houseboat.

We have a 3207 Carver. Last year I put a 340 bow and 340 stern thruster on our boat. It has made a world of difference. We have twin engines and for the most part I can control my boat but with the fly bridge and a little wind that control can be challenging. There were days we never left the marine but with the thrusters it has allowed my wife and I to go out regardless of the wind knowing that when we return docking is no longer an issue. We are on the Rideau system so lots of locks they also are no longer and issue. I would recommend these thruster to anyone new or experienced they are excellent additions to our boat.

We have now completed our first year of boating with the Sideshift bow thruster on our 25 ft Four Winns Cruiser . It has greatly improved our boating experience by largely eliminating the stress associated with docking under challenging conditions . The Sideshift thruster has increased our confidence which has resulted in us making far better use of our boat .
