Fantastic response time, the item was made and delivered to me quicker than I expected. The bookmark is of high quality and does not seem like it will tear or break easily. The design is as shown, no blurriness or smudges, and the ribbon is a rather nice color (I ordered purple). I'm sure I will enjoy this bookmark for a very long time!
