My water stayed ice cold all day long!!! The style is unique, there are numerous colors and something for everyone. As a nurse working busy 12 hour overnight shifts it was frustrating starting my shift with fresh water only for my water to turn warm and unpleasant within the first hour. Now that I have my Fresh Flask I am happy to report that not only does my water stay ice cold and fresh for my 12 hour shift it also continues to stay fresh for another 12 hours after that!! I highly recommend this product.
