This is the best vibrator I’ve ever had. Always my go-to, even though I have a variety of others to choose from. Also, have a couple styles from Femme Fun and they’re all great quality with a unique feel. Purchased one a few months back and had a fluke issue with it not turning on. I ordered this and left it at my partners house only for their house to burn down before I even got the chance to try it. Yes, they lost all their belongings, but yes, one of my first thoughts was "oh, no, my Stubby Massager!!" We went back to the house to salvage what we could. My massager was on the charger covered in soot. The charger was damaged, but the silicone phoenix of a charger was still working!! This is my favorite toys by far. It does everything I need it to do with ease. I have orgasms over and over again. I wish it was a setting just for the turbo mode but to be honest I don’t know how I would be able to take it if it was on a steady pace. I will admit the charging insert is very delicate so you have to be careful when you charge it. I’ve been through a few toys because of this issue but it do come with a one year warranty which was definitely useful, not to mention femmefunn has excellent customer service and has always been available to me when I needed them. Don’t hesitate to get yourself this toy you will thank me later.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Ultra Wand. The texture of the silicone is luxurious. The higher frequency vibration of the UW is something I look for in this type of toy, and it’s O so amazing. I enjoy the multiple settings it has to offer as well. Over all, fantastic pleasurable design. Great customer service team!!

I've never used a vibrator more powerful than this. The fist setting is 10 times more powerful than the vibrator I bought from my local sex shop a few years ago. I was hesitant because of the price but oh my god it's worth it. Shipping was fast too! It arrived a day early!

Great quality, as always from this company, and great product. However, I found that there was not enough middle intensity settings. I like to start things slowly and I couldn't with this. Still like it no matter what :)

This product is amazing. Never disappoints. I had earlier models and they both became inoperable after 2-3 months but the new charger seems to have corrected the earlier flaws. Also wanted to highly recommend Femme Fun. Called them and they replaced both units within days. Gillian in customer service was amazing, very personable and offered immediate solutions. I really like the power of the ultra bullet and quite honestly would be ok with only 4 or 5 vibration modes. The first one we purchased had a short and would just stop working. FemmeFunn was very easy to work with to get a replacement but be sure to get a receipt from wherever you purchase it at. I have the older model with the pin charger. My biggest frustration is that the pin charger is temperamental and doesn’t charge all the time. I plan to upgrade to the ultra bullet with boost sometime in the future and hope that the new one magnetic charger will work better.

I am sooo not even gonna say how many of these I’ve broken. Or that Ive called and emailed so much that I know the GM by name. Embarrassing much? But FemmeFun has *the best customer service* in this industry. They even listen to consumer feedback to improve their products! And every time I, erm, over-enthusiastically test one of their products until it’s graveyard dead- they *replace* it for me! Yeah, there’s some issues with the older model (self-healing charging port)- but that’s been addressed in the new ones. The only thing that hasn’t been fully addressed, for me at least, is the electrical short that sometimes happens (literally at any time- one on its first use, another after a year of trust service). So a word of caution to the masturbatory inner-gymnasts I know you all are- you may contort, but your bullet/diamond wand, doesn’t. So keep that in mind, and itll last longer. Also, I’ve noticed that these little guys don’t like the water. Can’t remember if it’s advertised as waterproof or not- (And sorry FemmeFunn, if it is, I gotta let ya know they aren’t. But don’t worry it’s in the email). I’m not even talking full submersion. I’m talking, was sitting in my tiny bathroom on a shelf nearby while I took a hot shower, and bam- quit charging (Thinking steam. But, yes, I tried drying it out. It turns on, but won’t vibrate). Thanks for those who’ve read this far- I’m giving my best assessment of this product from two years of experience with it. And yes, despite its bugs, I buy it again every time one malfunctions! Actually, that’s what I’m doing as we speak 😜

Mine broke, but this company has excellent customer service and fixed the problem. The new one is on the way and I couldn’t be happier with how fast they were to reach out to me.
