I unfortunately received a wrong variation of a Stand/Case I ordered but the problem got quickly solved with the correct item already on the way (free of charge btw) so I'd say customer service is also great! Not counting the little mix-up (because that can totally happen) I'd give a 10/10 rating and will definitely order some more Stands/Cases soon. :)
