I like to take the time to "Thank you" for the Great Experience I had with Carpet Giant. From the 1st day I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by Ray Payne (Flooring Consultant). He was friendly, very warm and inviting. He made me feel welcome. He took the time to talk with me and show me my options and explain everything in detail. He came out to measure and brought samples to show me how they would look in my house. Ray and Carpet Giant care about their customers, not just a sale.I felt like family, very comfortable. The installers were outstanding, Jonathon and Mario worked so hard. They take pride in what they do. The work they did in my home would be like they would do in their own home. They took the time do it right and make sure that I was ok with it. I would recommend Carpet Giant to my friends, family or anyone who needs flooring.The prices are reasonable, but it was the personalities of the employees that won my heart and my business.

The Flooring Consultant, Dennis Berry, came out the same day I called for a quote. He was very nice and gave me some beautiful carpet options at a great price. The installers were wonderful. I've had carpet installed many times but these guys were quick, clean, and very nice. My new favorite carpet store! Installation was on February 20, 2014

Robert Wilkie, Flooring Consultant, came to our house a week prior to show us samples and take measurements to re-carpet our living area & master bedroom. We went to the store last Saturday and selected the carpet we wanted. Robert took great care of us, making sure he was there to help us when we arrived. Johnny Zavala & Jesus came to our house and moved the heavy furniture, tore out the existing carpet, cleaned the slab, and installed carpet on December 23, 2013. I was very pleased with my whole experience with Carpet Giant, Robert was very helpful, professional, and consultative during our selection process. He followed up, met us at the store, and even called during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. Johnny & Jesus did an excellent job. They worked non-stop and cleaned up their work spaces as they went. I pointed out a couple of things to Johnny (tile edge was showing at master bathroom entrance & a black carpet fiber had been woven into our lot of beige carpet) and he immediately took care of them to my satisfaction. They placed the furniture back after they had worked a solid 7 hours. I will ask for them again, as we are now contemplating carpeting our back bedrooms and re-tiling the entrance and fireplace. This was my first experience utilizing Angie's list and the comments made by prior customers and the responses from Carpet Giant to rectify any issues was a big deciding factor. After Robert came out, I did stop into a couple of other places (Home Depot & Roberts Carpet) and found out that the additional pricing for the nicer pad, moving furniture, hauling the carpet away, installation, made the final cost prohibitive compared to Carpet Giant. Thanks again for the excellent work!

I just wanted to drop a note and let you know how pleased I was with my carpet installation yesterday, September 5, 2013, at my residence. Three installers, Salvador, Jesus and Oscar, were all very nice, very good at what they do, kept the place clean, showed up on time, and just did an excellent job throughout the day. I couldn't be more pleased. I was also pleased with the entire purchase experience through your salesperson Al Moffett. We got a good price, and were treated very well. Overall, a great experience from start to finish and I will definitely be sending business your way as I exclaim the great prices and great service that Carpet Giant provides.

Ralph Coburn, (Flooring Consultant), had excellent suggestions ready for me when I arrived at the store. Installation crew was on time and professional. They did an excellent job on the installation. Carpet was reasonably priced and looks great! Ralph checked in to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to my friends.

I recently purchased a room of carpet from your business and had the installation this past Saturday. Just to let you know I was very pleased with the salesperson (Francisco Alonso) and the installer on their professionalism. The last time I replaced my house full of carpet was 1999, and it has held up this long. Since I am a mystery shopper in the Houston area, I shopped around and did not go for the cheapest - I went with the business that I knew would back their product. Thanks again, a very pleased customer.

I am writing to give some feedback on the recent experience I've had with your store and employees. I had about 400 square feet of carpet installed yesterday and my husband and I chose to use your product and services because we had a great experience with you three years ago. I must say that, again, we were NOT dissapointed. Two days ago I took my nearly one-year old son to your store to get a quote on some carpet. James Woodward greeted me at the door and immediately helped me find a suitable carpet type and color for a great price. Your store continues to have the lowest prices that we could find. He was knowledgeable and helpful without acting like a typical "salesman" who tries to talk you into buying something you really don't want. On top of all this, he tells me he can have the carpets installed the next day! The following day, the two men that installed our carpet (I believe one was named Polo and his brother-in-law) were extremely hard-working and professional. Unfortunately, my husband was out of town and I had several boxes, etc in the rooms that needed to be carpeted. They not only transferred our furniture, but ALSO helped me with the boxes, all while taking great care not to damage anything. They were sure to clean up well afterwards and worked very fast. I wanted to make sure that you received this feedback since in this day and age it can be so hard to get such satisfactory service at such a great price. Your company continues to offer corporate-sized options and availability while maintaining private company-sized customer service. Please keep up the great work!

I bought carpet for my bedroom on 7-5-11. The sales person, Teresa Yousef was wonderful. She is a great sales person and is a great asset for your company. I will, and have, recommended Carpet Giant but only if she is the sales person. She listened, knew what I was looking for, and made the shopping experience a very good one.

I recently purchased a house full of carpet from your business and I am so happy with it. I had shopped at 4 different carpet stores before going back to you. Dennis was my salesman and he made 2 trips to my home in Katy to show me samplesand was so patient and helpful with helping me to decide. also, I cannot say enough about the installers, they worked nonstop from the time they got here, helped move back in some furniture that we had taken to the garage. I would recommend Carpet Giant to anyone who is looking for good carpet and excellent job done!

I would just like people to know that buying carpet from Carpet Giant is the best decision they can make. We had our whole house recarpeted last month by Carpet Giant. The process started with sales rep Liz Vickers. She came to our house on time, thoroughly explained the different options we had and helped us narrow down the selections. She was patient, professional and knowledgeable. Once the carpet came in, the installation crew came in and did a remarkable job. They too were professional and efficient. My wife and I had to buy carpet for the very first time, went to Jack's first, then got home & called another company on Mason Rd., they were almost $300 cheaper than Jack's, Empire would not give an estimate over the phone, so I told them no money from me. I left a message with Carpet Giant and John Nipp, the Flooring Consultant, called me back & said they had carpet in-stock & could install it the next day and they were $600 lower than Jack's. They are right you don't know Jack, but I know Carpet Giant. Very happy & very satisfied. Flooring Installed 12/30/13
