I had no idea what to look for when I went shopping for new carpet at DeSitter Flooring in Carol Stream. Joanne asked me a lot of questions to help me figure out which carpet was right for my family. I had been to other carpet stores and just left confused. My carpet was just installed and everyone is very happy. We compared prices to other stores and chose DeSitter for both price and customer service. The installers were very neat and did a great job.

DeSitter installed Smartstrand “Silk” carpet in our master bedroom. It feels very soft and we love the mixture of colors. Joanne helped us understand the differences in carpet quality and fibers.
