I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes from Glory & Gold. There was some issues that was completely out of Glory & Gold control . After speaking to the owner about the issue she was proactive to handling the situation. I was very empressive to see that she care and was concern. In the end everything worked out well. I judge a company on how they solve problems that might arrive and how they handle the problem. Glory & Gold handle this issue so well. I will be ordering more shoe and letting people know this company stands behind their customer to make them satisfy .

I was looking to replace my slippers with something that would last longer, and I found it. They're the best slippers I've ever owned, I even feel comfortable wearing them outside. The leather makes for a luxurious feel and great fit.
