If you want to be to be treated FRAUDULENTLY - INTRALABS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!
As others have expressed; I wish I could give less than 1 star. The product that I ordered was described as “fine powder”. What was sent was more like granulated sugar. This is completely useless for my purposes. Trying to make contact with them is totally fruitless! I have tried email, phone and answer phone messages. INTRALABS DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF THESE!! They have taken my money and not supplied what I ordered. THIS IS FRAUDULENT PRACTICE. From what I have read in other reviews, THIS IS NOT AN UNUSUAL EVENT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Excellent Service
I ordered a product from their eBay site, my order did not arrive, I got in touch with Nigel who was so helpful & courteous, Nigel re-sent the order on a next day delivery. I could not thank him enough, it was my first time ordering from intra-Laboratories, I will most defiantly be using the company again.

Easy to do business with
Although I'm not going to be a high-volume customer they were still extremely helpful and easy to do business with, taking my order there and then . Dan provided some excellent background information which was very useful so I've registered an account with them for any future orders. A pleasant contrast to other companies I have contacted.

Nigel is an absolute star! so helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through all the options for buying magnesium both for my horses and for humans/ recovery after training etc. such a refreshing change to get this kind of service thank you :)

Customer Service
I had a brief issue with a delivery. I phoned the given number expecting to be on the line for a while. Within two rings the phone was answered, my problem was dealt with in a few minutes in a cheery manor. I felt listened to, no ambiguities and satisfied. I would buy from this site again.

Such poor customer service.
I would give less than a 1 star if I could! There is potentially a problem with payment, I haven't been able to determine whose side it's been on. But when a website doesn't return my emails or answer their phone, it is not very helpful, an extremely poor example of customer service. I don't know if I will receive my money back that has been taken from my account yet, but either way I won't be coming back! If this is how they treat all their customers, I wouldn't recommend!
