Still not yet received product flame sensors, even after following up

Its been 1 month from the date of they received the product back from me ..and i have not received my refund back...no proper response for my questions.....

I made a mistake buying product from this site - 1. Price from REES itself on Amazon for same product was lower. Unfortunately I checked that after placing order. 2. I was shipped WRONG product!! The one I had purchased (Arduino WiFi shield) costed me 2200. The make WIFI shield was delivered which costs around 1000. 3. When contacted, I was told that this is newer version. I am not sure why they considered me dumb. 4. Thankfully, they accepted to provide me coupons which I could use to buy something else. OK!! But I still calling them up and sending emails but nothing has worked so far. Do not recommend this unless you want to take a revenge on yourself!!

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. They will try to cheat the customer with low quality and wrong product. They when we contact they will ignore your messages Its been a month and I am still waiting waiting for the product I paid for. They said they shipped the item but refused to give me the tracking ID. Not even single messages I received from their office or support . My only option now is to go to consumer court.

I have purchases some items from this store, after frequent reminder they have send the parcel very late. In the parcel i found one item missing of Rs. 240/- and another item which was a lipo battery they have send very sub stander i order for 14.8 v 2200mAH 40C battery and they have send 11.1V 2200mAH 5c Battery of very poor quality. customer care is very worst. No responsible person is there to replay. so never purchase from these cheaters.
