I cannot recommend this company enough!! The customer service is absolutely AMAZING, and they respond super quickly! I recommend getting in touch with them on LINE, they respond really quickly and are pleasant and well-mannered always. My package was shipped out on the same day it was delivered to MyKoreaBox, and their service is especially impressive given the current pandemic. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. The price for shipping was a little expensive, but it was to be expected during COVID. You more than get what you pay for, and if you need something from Korea fast, MyKoreaBox is the company for you.

Some of the goods available here are very hard to find elsewhere at such decent prices! Can take a while to pack and ship the stuff, but the customer service is great and they always reply super fast. Thank you so much for your hard work! It would be perfect if there were cheaper shipping options as well though (for example, air mail / k-packet etc.), mykoreabox only has EMS and FedEx, which can be quite expensive. But otherwise, I'm very satisfied

I love that you can get stuff here for almost retail price. The official Line Friends Amazon store is almost always sold out and has limited items when they do have stocks. They certainly don't have the newest items until months later. It's hard to get the Line Friends store merchandise anywhere else so this place is a blessing. My first order took a while but when I emailed them with an inquiry they were quick to respond and explain why (some items I ordered were out of stock at their office). They even took a picture of my already in-stock items for me, which I wasn't expecting but I thought was awesome. Everything was well packaged when the items finally arrived. Just completed my second order and looking forward to getting everything.
