STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! We spent a substantial amount of time discussing our requirements with Lawrence via webchat, we placed an order for 2x 1500w and we received 1x 1000w and 1x 1800w. On the day of delivery we immediate knew the wrong items had been sent due to the different box sizes and attempted to make contact via the telephone, email and webchat. All three communication methods were ignored so we used an alternative PC to make contact via webchat, disguising ourselves as a prospective customer we received a response where we discussed the wrongly sent items. Lawrence admitted they did not have the items we ordered in stock so they decided to send us alternatives - it just so happens that the items sent were those that Lawrence had attempted to sell us earlier via webchat but they had insufficient output for the area we were looking to heat. Lawrence tried his utmost best to make us keep the wrongly sent items, he even offered a goodwill gesture refund of approximately £60.00 but we declined as we needed what we ordered so asked that the wrongly sent items were collected. Lawrence informed us that a collection would be completed the same day but when we contacted DPD to confirm, they informed us that no such collection had been arranged. We contacted Lawrence to inform him that there was no such collection arranged, he then replied informing us that collection was taking place the following day, gave us a collection reference number and informed us that a refund would be processed within 3-5 working day. Now it is nearly 3 weeks since the devices were collected and we haven't had a refund, we do not receive return calls to the voicemail messages we leave when calling this company and Lawrence is completely ignoring our webchat messages. This is the poorest customer service we have ever received and have initiated our own refund via our company credit card issuer. V impressed

Excellent customer service. I bought 7 Sublime radiators but then changed my mind and decided I preferred the look of iskinny for my home. This wasn't a problem the radiators were collected and the iskinny units were delivered at the same time!
