Keith is one of the few people I totally trust with my computer stuff. I get easily frustrated when my network and computer don't work well. Keith works his magic and I can go back to doing what I'm good at.

First, let me say I am ever so grateful for your service.! However, after spending $40, I now have 2 versions of skype on my computer and hesitate deleting one and risk losing the other for some reason. More importantly, Windows 8.1 failed to install on my computer. Still on windows 7. So I'm not fully satisfied with the service this time around. Would be grateful to receive a refund or have the problems fixed without incurring additional charges. Please let me know. Thanks!

We just had a daughter and heard about free Tuesday. Been having problems with our email on the offce computer, couldn't really afford the time to get it fixed with everything the last few months. It was great to get one of these guys in there to help reconfigure the program to send properly. Just takes one of those headaches off my mind.

I couldn't get my contacts synced to icloud but Trevor was able to get in there and have it all sorted.
