Ryan, Good Afternoon and thank you, all in the same breath. Words can not show appreciation for the work of art you sent to me here in Germany. The individual that was lucky to have this one of a kind plaque was speechless and humbled all together. It truly captured two and half years of hard work, late hours, devoted mentorship and time away from family and friends in one awesome experience. Everyone at the unit was excited to sign it and envious that they did not receive one themselves. The battalion commander was also shocked that this plaque actually looked better than his CoR plaque. All joking aside, I really appreciate the hard work you take into your craft. I can see why your mother spoke so highly about your family’s dedication to detail and making each individual order special. As promised, I have included a photo of my team with the plaque front and center. I found Military Memories and More on Youtube and liked the idea of customizing with mats. Ryan worked with the idea in my head and we were able to complete a Sample in a couple of days. I am very happy with the work done - very well crafted, very professional service, excellent pricing...All done in a timely matter! I am very happy with the service and the final product! I cannot speak more highly of military memories and more. I called and Ryan Scalf picked up on the almost the first ring and was able to answer all my questions/concerns right away. My husband’s dog had just passed away and I wanted to do something special for him but wasn't creative enough to design/build a nice shadow box of my own. Ryan was so helpful throughout the whole process. I was nervous shipping my dog’s collar in the mail (from Chicago) because I had never done anything like this before but Ryan was there to help every step of the way. He let me know when he received it and handled it with great care. I needed the shadow box done within a week due to my husband’s birthday and he made it happen. The shadow box of the collar/frame of pictures was perfect! It was professional, original, and absolutely perfect!
