have completed many cookery courses including Mimo in San Sebastian. I have to say this was up there with the best. Matthew was patient, funny, clearly hugely experienced and above all else approachable. The number in the class was just right allowing us real hands on experience (many classes don't really give you this) Overall I would highly recommend this class and I shall be booking another very soon - Thankyou Mimo!
