The product was received just over a week after the order was placed. I attempted to contact the supplier via email and phone, several numbers provided in the website, but all went to voicemail after multiple attempts. Product successfully arrived, but I was unaware of when the item had been dispatched or an estimated delivery date. I never heard back. No problems with the products, as described and I believe they will stand up to the majority of attacks and hopefully keep my bike safe.

Only yesterday morning I purchased the combo Mammoth bike chain with anchor. The guy phoned me straight away to take card payment, we had a good chat about bikes and he gave me some great advice, and the product has just landed on my door step, securely wrapped with everything as it should be! I will use again for sure...just a shame they are not closer to me otherwise he would have checked the bike out that I'm buying tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's all ok! I ordered the Untouchable 19.85mm chain for my motorcycle. The product itself is absolutely amazing. Simply put, it is massive. It is much thicker than anything you can get in the United States. The links are super strong and the fabric sleeve has held up fairly well (its a bit dirty but that doesn't affect the functionality). The metal links have not rusted or corroded at all despite being left out in multiple rainstorms and it has retained most of its sheen. The untouchable lock that came with the chain seems fairly secure. I haven't used it, but the design is very impressive. My only complaint is that the key design is definitely on the lower end of the high security lock cylinder spectrum. In any case, I opted to use an Abloy PL362 which fits through the end link perfectly. Elitesecuritysupplies.com was very easy to deal with even though I needed to ship my chain to the United States. The shipping was very fast despite having to travel across the pond. Paypal was a very easy, convenient, and secure way to handle the transaction. The only downside for us USA customers is that the shipping, currency conversion, and brokerage fees add a HUGE amount of cost to the transaction. But, you get what you pay for. After searching for weeks for a decent motorcycle chain that I could trust, I came to the conclusion that if I wanted anything of quality, I would have to pay the cost of shopping in the UK market. I figure that it is better to spend a little extra money than to buy a cheaper chain and end up losing both the chain and my bike. I am happy with my decision and intend to use my untouchable chain to secure my valuables for the rest of my life.
