Star rating : neg 5. I shop on-line for food, clothes and cosmetic products, but Birkeye has been the most pathetic experience ever . They duplicate products with different prices, list products that are out of stock, they never answer the phone and reply to emails after 2 days. They promise a 3-5 days delivery, on paper. I have been waiting for 11 days. The lame excuse was that one of the products I ordered was not in stock. I had to dig for the information for days after 7 days went by without delivery.

Love this site so excited to start purchasing, please can you create a block to enter your email address to receive notification for when a specific product is stocked again?? Please have a look at my suggestion would be immensely appreciated.

I am so glad that this website came along, exactly what was missing in the ethnic beauty product space. It is really easy to use and navigate. Look forward to seeing even more products (maybe even some T444z??)

Love the site, on the hair section please just add more products for natural hair.
