The site has a lot of solutions that really help me out comparing what I've gotten and what I should have gotten. The only thing lacking is the instant messenger. They have changed it since then, but they used to offer to chat live with an associate to help out instead of leaving a message. It wasn't instant feedback. I waited actually over an hour for a reply. now they changed that and that is the only reason this site lost a star, because my experience had been negative, but the products are completely accurate.
