I never received my bundles I kept messaging her and she stated she will check on the order and never did and left me on read.In addition I sent 2 emails one to the company and one to her page. So I’m out of $200+ I guess she needed the money that bad I really wanted to wear her bundles.

I bought a wig and after 2 weeks requested the order tracking details. There was no response for days then finally a response that the details would be sent. Radio silence after that. Then I sent an email which was replied days later to say that the order had been cancelled because the seller thought the wig would arrive too late. Confused because at no point was I told how long it would take for it to arrive and if I would like to cancel the order. Sent reply asking for when the refund was processed and how much and no answer. Have sent several messages and still no response 1 month after purchase. Only option is to contact credit card company to make a claim. So disappointed 😔

I have never gotten my hair pressed or straightened in general before and I am very glad that I trusted Lindsay with such an experience! She does an amazing job and offers a very good service. My Silkpress (after getting all the info on how it lasts the longest from her) lasted over 2 Weeks and the only reason for me was because i had to wash my hair and get a new style done. I’m sure it would have lasted longer (I have 4c hair more on the thin side!)
