Received wrong batteries. Tried to call number no answer left messages. No call back finally got answer by email. Customer service rep said after doing some checking my jazzy select needed special batteries. Even though they sell the exact batteries that go in the pride jazzy select that i was told will work. I had to return batteries at my expense and buy those same batteries at a different site. Not easy for a disabled man to haul around heavy batteries. Lesson learned

Frustrated, I sought assistance by calling their customer service line, but to no avail. Left with no alternative, I resorted to contacting them via email. After a series of back-and-forth exchanges, I attached photographs to clearly illustrate the problem. It was at this point that I was informed I would need to cover the shipping costs to return the batteries to their warehouse in order to be eligible for a refund. Despite my persistent attempts to reason with them and explain the injustice of this resolution, I was met with unyielding resistance. In conclusion, I strongly recommend staying away from this battery store. Their inattentive customer service, combined with a flawed product recommendation system and an unwillingness to accommodate legitimate concerns, have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your battery needs.

Reasonable price, husband was happy to receive the battery earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this site.

I ordered a battery 2 pack and when it arrived there was a note from the post office that said sorry we broke your box, and one of the batteries was missing. I contacted Replacementbatterystore.com to verify that there were supposed to be two batteries in the box before going to the post office and complaining. They asked for photos of the broken box and the note from the post office, then said your replacement battery is on the way, even though it was not at all their fault and they were not obligated to do anything.
