A couple months ago I bought a pair of dryshod rubber boots. They are awesome boots but one came apart. Took them back into Jones boys and they replaced them immediately. No hassle, no argument just swapped them out. In a world where customer service is a 4 letter word Jones Boys proved they stand behind what they sell and will look after their customers.
