I was totally in awe when I received an adorable "Hug Box" from dear friends after my surgery. I have never seen anything like it. Every single item was top-notch, high quality and the presentation was exquisite!! I loved every item in it so much and it totally made my day!! It was a God thing that I stumbled across the hugbox when looking for something to cheer up a friend. I told Vicki what I need and she customized and delivered to my friend that day. The friends exact words were How did you find this place - she said they now have a new customer and she was reading the book and it was helping her in sooooooo many ways! My order for the Hugs from Afar box was ordered on a Friday and arrived at my friend's house in Athens, GA on Monday as a surprise gift before she started her first year as a band director. It brought her to tears. I purchased a few items in-store, and the friendly employee behind the counter walked me through the website on her computer so that I could order the box for my friend. The level of customer service is unrivaled, and I can't wait to order my next Hug Box.
