It's a wonderful bunk bed and my girls love it

We are so HAPPY!!! I brought two of these beds for my girls ages 3 and 4. They are perfect!! Bob in Tampa was patient with all my questions (and calls) and updated me on delivery status. The beds, mattresses and box springs arrived within the time frame and in perfect condition. Juan and Jose were courteous, clean and quick with the assembly. I LOVE that for the beds I wanted I got the BEST PRICE!!! Being that I have to buy a lot of things in twos I am so happy I found this web site (I do a lot of online homework with important purchases, being a single mom I have to). The beds are beautiful and sturdy and my girls feel like princess. Mission accomplished. Thank you Kids Furniture Warehouse!!!

Everything was perfect

I ordered our furniture online and I was very pleased by how well the online pictures represented the furniture! The discriptions were very detailed and I had no surprises or disapointments when they arrived. Very reasonably priced, well made and very sturdy for two busy boys! Their captain Beds even have a cubby hole cabinet at the foot of the bed! I paid a little extra to have it delivered and set up!, It wasso worth it! What a great job they did! I would order fom this company again. Maybe when my new granddaughter is ready for her big bedroom set!

Hello, I am writing this to say how happy I have been throughout the whole process of buying bunk beds for our granddaughter's visit. They live in Chicago and are coming to stay with Nana & Papa for 2 weeks. I found this web site while looking on Craig's list. I called to see if the items I was searching for was available. Within minutes I was sent an email stating either I could come into the store, or shop online. While online, I found just what I wanted. The white Heartland set. It is a very easy site to use. I placed my order and called the store to assure they received it. The staff was very helpful. I noticed I had made a mistake in my order. I called the store once again and was assured everything was just fine. Within days my order was ready for delivery. I was called the night before. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I never even had to leave my home to get the most beautiful room for 3 little girls to love and enjoy. I am one happy Nana. Thank you so much Kid's Furniture Warehouse!!!
